• Provide patrons with a great shopping experience - observing and reporting, ensuring personal safety is paramount

• Keep the records straight with incident reports and paperwork wizardry.
• Dive into investigations with passion, ensuring every detail is uncovered and reported.
• Shine with your top-notch customer service skills, treating clients and customers with fairness and respect.
• Stay cool under pressure and lead by example in implementing emergency procedures.
• Utilise your tech savvy with ease, navigating computer systems and communication tools like a pro.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A current Security Licence and Cert II in Security Operations, because you're ready to rock the security scene.
• First Aid Certificate? Check! Your safety skills are top-notch.
• Full working rights in Australia
• Retail experience? Even better! You know the ins and outs of the retail world.
