Customer Service Officer - Events

Position Purpose

SNP Security provides Security Services at a number of Events across the A.C.T. such as Manuka Oval, GIO Stadium and Floriade for example.

Customer Service Officers are a first point of contact and are responsible for checking tickets, directing patrons to seats, providing event information and attending to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the public - providing information of directions, answering questions
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information

Skills

  • Prior customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including active listening, conflict resolution and report writing
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise competing priorities
  • Ability to work as autonomously and/or as part of a team as required
  • Able to solve issues quickly and efficiently
  • A high level of organisational skills 
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time
